Cancellation policy

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, in order to ensure that I can accommodate other clients in need, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Important note about Insurance

Regarding insurance, please note that I do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, it’s your responsibility to contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to verify your out-of-network coverage. Please be aware that even if your insurance company lists me as an in-network provider, I do not accept any insurance; please let me know about the erroneous listing and I will contact them to fix their mistake. If you have any questions or concerns about insurance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
